About Us
15+ Years of Plumbing Service in the Finger Lakes
Phil Heberle, the son of a retired plumber, followed in the family footsteps and founded Superior Plumbing Service in 2009. He sold his boat to purchase his first utility van, and the rest is history!
Phil has dedicated his career to providing high-quality plumbing services throughout the Finger Lakes and surrounding counties. Our team has grown over the years, but many original members continue to work with us today. We look forward to continuing our services, growing our customer base, and supporting our employees and their families.

Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you serve? +
Superior Plumbing Service is a locally owned and operated plumbing and excavation company based in Canandaigua, NY. We serve residential and commercial customers throughout Ontario, Monroe, Wayne, and Livingston Counties, including communities across the Finger Lakes region.
How often should my water heater be maintained? +
Most water heaters benefit from annual maintenance, although the recommended schedule can vary depending on the type of system and the manufacturer's guidelines. Routine maintenance can help identify potential problems and keep your water heater operating efficiently.
Why should I have my drains professionally cleaned? +
Over time, grease, soap residue, hair, and other debris can build up inside drain pipes and restrict water flow. Professional drain cleaning helps remove buildup, address recurring clogs, and reduce the risk of future drainage problems.
I have hard water. Can you help? +
Yes! Our technicians can test your water and recommend appropriate water treatment solutions based on the results. Depending on your home's water quality, a water softener or another conditioning system may help address hard water concerns.
Why should I have a sewer camera inspection done? +
A sewer camera inspection allows our technicians to examine the interior condition of drain and sewer pipes without unnecessary excavation. It can help identify blockages, cracks, root intrusion, and other potential problems so we can recommend appropriate next steps.
